Office Administration Intern
based in Shanghai, China


Your Responsibilities:

•        Organizational and administrative duties
•        Coordination of travel arrangements
•        Answering company telephone
•        Assisting other employees with various duties as required
•        Support the accounting in cooperation with an external service provider

Your Qualification:

•        Student/fresh graduate in administration/related field
•        Fluent in Chinese and English (written and oral) is a must, German would be beneficial.
•        Good MS-Office skills, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
•        Self-motivated, well-organized and able to manage multi-tasks
•        Strong interest in office management/general administration
