【招募岗位】HR Intern

【招募人数】1人

【工作地点】上海陆家嘴总部

【工作职责】

Mainly support for Talent Mgmt and L&D



1. Staffing:

· Interview arrangement, meeting support

·Intern Mgmt: attendance record checking,  salary calculation, Intern Insurance update and expense claim.

·Internal Recruitment announcement

·Campus recruitment coordination if necessary.

·Weibo and wechat



2. Training:

· Training Admin Management, including:

- Training program enrollment, training result assessment, training record consolidation and analysis;

- Maintain the training calendar (yearly & monthly);

- Arrange and tracking the payment related with training;

· Training on-site support if necessary.



3. Performance Mgmt

·Internal communication and file mgmt

·Training setting up and on site support



【要求】

·  3-4  working days a week

· Bachelor degree above

· master of  excel, world, PPT

· Good English skills

·  Quick learner and good at communication

·  Detail oriented and patient
