同学们好，我是RIB的HR，目前我司在上海的office有一实习职位开放-Construction Consultant Intern 产品顾问实习生（建筑或土木工程背景方向）。RIB 建筑软件集团是德国上市集团，主要从事建筑施工领域的项目管理型软件的开发，销售，实施与服务。RIB 广州于 2006 年成立，目前研发中心有将近 100 位研发工程师，具备国际化研发团队，包括来自印度，澳洲，美 国，新加坡，菲律宾等世界各地的 IT 精英。我们的产品处于欧洲市场领先地位，于 2011 年上市，目前在国内的发展处 于上升阶段，客户群体包括 SOHO，上海浦东路桥，国核建筑，广州浩和建筑等行业领先企业。

Job Description
Job Title: Construction Consultant Intern (Junior is welcomed)
Location: Shanghai China 上海 虹口区

Position summary: implement and manage RIB Construction software solutions regarding client’s requirement. Provide consultancy and implementation support during the entire project.
实施和管理有关客户的要求定制的RIB建筑管理软件解决方案，并在整个项目过程中提供咨询和实施支持。

Role responsibilities岗位职责
1.        Deliver support, professional training and implement to global clients, basing on construction management skill and RIB software platform
在基于结合建筑管理技能和RIB软件平台两者的基础上，向全球客户提供专业支持，专业培训和专业实施
2.        Conduct detailed analyses of client business processes, develop and manage the complementation of RIB construction software solutions
开展客户业务流程的详细分析，负责拓展和管理RIB建筑管理软件解决方案的实施
3.        Provide post installation support by evaluating queries and software functionality issues and responding in an appropriate and timely manner
评估软件功能应用后，以适当的方式向安装使用软件的客户提供及时的专业支持
4.        Involve with sales team on the product demonstration and pre-sales activities to potential clients
与销售团队一起向潜在客户开展参与针对产品的演示和售前活动

Qualification & Experience 职责要求
1.        Bachelor or above with related major in Building Construction, Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying; outstanding Junior is preferred
本科以上学历，建筑，土木工程或工料测量相关专业;欢迎优秀的大三学生投递简历
2.        Excellent customer service oriented, professional presentation skills; excellent communication and strong learning skills and leadership
优秀的客户服务技巧和专业的演讲技巧, 良好的沟通和较强的学习能力和领导能力
3.        Comfortable and confident in full English working environment
能自如自信地在英语工作环境中学习成长
4.        Passionate and curious about new technology, willing to devote to construction/IT/ERP consultancy
热忱于新兴技术，热衷于在建筑/ERP行业中发展
5.        Good problem analyzing and solving skills
优秀的问题分析及解决能力
6.        Work independently and collaborate well with other teams
良好的团队合作精神
7.        Computer proficiency and ability, broad knowledge of MS Word & Excel & Power Point required
熟练的电脑MS办公软件操作能力
